Bricsdate.com (the “Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) values all users and has established these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). By using our Website, mobile apps, downloadable products, or pages on social media and other platforms (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you”, “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. (1) WHO WE ARE
Bricsdate.com and related services are operated by Sfipes Ecosystems Ltd (the “Company”).
(2) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
(3) AGE RESTRICTION
To access or use our Services, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, which we generally set at 22 years. Accounts or data from users below this age will be removed from our platform.
If you believe a user under this age is accessing our Services, please contact us immediately via the Help Center so that we can take appropriate action.
(4) MEMBERSHIP
  • Account: Registering makes you a Member. Only one account is allowed.
  • Basic Access: Browse profiles, create/edit your profile, read messages, and purchase services.
  • Independence: We do not control or influence relationships between Members.
Verified Members:
Members can verify their identity via photo and basic personal details. Verification confirms identity only (not location, nationality, or sexual preferences) and may be removed if information is misleading. We operate in compliance with applicable laws including IMBRA.
Popular Members:
Some users may be marked as “Popular Members” and may receive benefits such as visibility or revenue from virtual gifts.
Paid Membership & Credits:
  • Some features require paid Membership or Credits.
  • Membership continues until canceled by you.
  • No refunds for unused time or credits unless stated otherwise.
Billing & Renewal:
  • Membership may renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
  • Your payment method will be charged for each renewal.
  • Fees may change with notice.
  • If payment fails, your account may be suspended or terminated.
Membership Benefits:
  • Profile visibility boost and access to premium features.
  • Credits can be used for chats, media, and other interactions.
  • Additional features may be offered or changed at any time.
Prices: Bonus Credits are used first, then promo Credits, then purchased Credits. Prices for services are listed below. Other services will have costs shown at purchase.
  • Basic Chat: 1 Credit per minute
  • One-Way Video Chat: 2 Credits per minute
  • Two-Way Video Chat: 3 Credits per minute
  • VR Video Chat: 5 Credits per minute
  • Offline Message: 1 Credit per 160 symbols
  • Mobile App Message: 1 Credit per 160 symbols
  • Email: 4 Credits per item
  • Sending/Viewing media: 4 Credits per item
  • Voice Messages: 3 Credits per item
  • Virtual Gifts: 1-200 Credits per item
  • Live Video Personal Message: 1 Credit per item
  • Profile Video Viewing: 4 Credits per item
  • Let’s Mingle: 3 Credits per use
Account Termination & Cancellation (Summary)
Members can leave anytime. Refunds for interactions are generally not provided. Small credit refunds may be offered at our discretion. Misconduct may lead to removal. Memberships can be canceled via the Help Center. No refunds for unused credits unless exceptional circumstances exist.
Cancelling Your Membership
You can cancel at any time without penalty. No refunds for purchased credits. Contact support via the Help Center with username and email. Refunds considered only in exceptional cases (e.g., verified inability to use the service).
(5) Your Use of Our Services
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 22 years old and have only one account.
  • Accurate Information: Provide true and complete details. We may verify your identity.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for your account and password.
  • Personal Use Only: No business, fake accounts, bots, or payments between users.
  • Respect Others: No harassment, scams, illegal activity, or offensive content.
  • No External Contacts: Do not share phone numbers, emails, or social media.
  • Content: You are responsible for what you post. We may remove harmful content.
  • Monitoring: We may review messages to maintain safety and quality.
(6) Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
  • Violations may result in permanent removal without refund.
  • If terminated without cause, a partial refund may be provided.
(7) Copyright
  • You grant us permission to use content you post on the platform.
  • All platform content and technology belong to us or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, reuse, or distribute content without permission.
(8) Disclaimer
  • Services are provided “as is” without guarantees.
  • We do not guarantee matches, accuracy, or user behavior.
  • You use the platform at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for actions of other users.
(9) Disputes
  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, not court.
  • Cases are handled individually (no class actions).
(10) Miscellaneous
  • Unused credits may carry over but are generally non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks may require us to share account activity as proof.
  • You are responsible for your actions and any legal claims.
